Context: in Luxembourg, colocations are not regulated.
Effect: check websites like www.furnished.lu
Prices are ridiculously high: 9 square meters for 1000€
CONSEQUENCE: many qualified employees refuse to come to Luxembourg

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS AN ENTREPRENEUR?
IDEA#2: REFORM THE AUTOMATIC INDEXATION TO ALLOW FOR A SECTOR by SECTOR APPROACH
Context: in Luxembourg, indexation is automatic since 1975
Effect: all companies are impacted, regardless of their sector, difficulties, competition
CONSEQUENCE: in the context of 2023 - low growth of GDP, fierce international competition - companies are already starting to fire people, close shops or move activities to other countries.

HOW TO WASTE LESS PUBLIC MONEY?
IDEA#3: INTRODUCE MORE ACCOUNTABILITY AT EVERY LEVEL
Context: for many start-ups and companies, public money is part of the business model.
Effect: millions are invested - wasted- with zero effect, many start-ups here are more than 10 years old and the level playing field is often compromised.
Proposition: make public money more transparent: let the public know how public money is invested, with which goals and KPIs
